Update Schedule Vs. Reality

The more astute among you may have noticed that this blog did not update earlier this week, contrary to my stated update schedule.

There has been a lot going on in my private life in the past few weeks, and now we’re in the process of moving house, I’m ashamed to say that the blog entry I was supposed to write didn’t even cross my mind until yesterday! I have noticed, also, that I haven’t been getting around to replying to comments either recently, and that is something I’m even less happy with.

I have two choices here. I can either carry on the way I am, trying to update twice weekly, forgetting about comments, and getting so hassled that I sometimes don’t update at all, or I can go down to one weekly update for the immediate future, and hopefully make it more worth reading (and hopefully reliably there at all!) From the way I’ve phrased that, I’d imagine that you can guess which one I’ve decided to go with.

Thank you for all your kind comments and emails over the past few weeks – I think we’re through the worst (if not the most stressful) of things over here, and I hope to be able to go back to the busier update schedule soon, from a nice new house, without having to first burrow into a stack of cardboard boxes. I’ll see you next Friday, and let you all know how things are going!
